I really dig the color I chose, but honestly, the bike's quality is lacking. The value just isn't worth it, so I can't recommend or purchase another bike from Villy.

What a terrible experience! A month back, I got my bike, but it came with missing parts, the paint was peeling, and the seat stem was the wrong size. I reached out three times and even sent an email. Finally, I managed to speak with Chris, who promised that all the missing parts would be shipped by 9-28, but that never happened. I called again and spoke to Chris, who said he was waiting for updates from the shipping team. After three more calls, I still haven't received the tracking email he promised. As of today, 10-7-20, I'm still waiting for those parts. This company really needs to sort things out. I was planning to get my wife and kids custom bikes from Villy, but there's no way I'm doing that now!

I got a custom bike for my wife as a Christmas present, and she was super eager to take it for a spin. Every time we see it, it just lights up our day with its vibrant colors. Living in the Chicagoland area, we had to bide our time for a nice weather day. When that day finally arrived, I watched my wife zoom down the street, and I couldn't help but think how unique it is—nobody else has one like it, and she adores it. The quality is top-notch, the customer service is fantastic, and riding it is a blast. I wholeheartedly recommend Villy to anyone; they won’t stop until you’re totally happy, especially Chris—he’ll make sure of that. I’d give them ten stars if I could!

The package showed up in bad shape. I reached out to Villy, and they contacted FedEx right away. The damaged box was picked up the following day and sent back to Villy. They quickly replaced the broken parts and sent the bike back to us. The whole process took under a week.

Dealing with them over the phone was a breeze, and they kept us in the loop with follow-up calls. I can’t recommend Villy Custom Bike enough.

My wife is thrilled with her new ride and gets tons of compliments while cruising the greenway in the parks.

We got this bike thinking it would be top-notch and well-made. Unfortunately, it showed up late, even though we clearly stated we needed it by a certain date. To make matters worse, it came with scratches. I reached out to their marketing manager, who assured me, "we maintain the highest standards; I’ll send a replacement your way immediately." Yet, here I am, still waiting for that replacement fender.

On top of that, the custom branding is nothing more than a flimsy sticker. Honestly, I’m baffled they even want feedback.

Honestly, for what I paid, this bike ought to have been delivered ready to ride. The way it was packed was really thorough, which makes me think that with just a little more effort, I could've unboxed it and hit the road right away. By the time I got it all set up, the front tire was already deflated, and I haven't had the chance to take it for a spin yet. It's a gorgeous ride—just like I pictured—but next time, I reckon I'll just swing by a local bike shop and grab one to take home.

I was cutting it close to find a gift for my wife for Mother's Day. She had mentioned wanting a beach cruiser, so I did some digging online. Villy popped up in my search, and lucky for me, they were based in Dallas, where I live. The bikes were a bit pricier than I had hoped, but they had the bike assembled and ready for me to grab in about 4 or 5 days, just in time for the big day. The service was fantastic, and the bike's quality is outstanding. You definitely get your money's worth here.

I totally recommend Villy Customs. When I decided to get my bike, I wasn't planning on it at all. I was able to create exactly what I envisioned for a great price, and I'm thrilled with how it turned out. I also have a road bike, but I often lean towards the cruiser since it's so one-of-a-kind and enjoyable. My husband has jumped on board with one too - we’re loving it!

My Villy's Custom Bike has become the talk of the block! We put on a front baby seat so my little guy can join me, and folks are always giving us props wherever we roll. This bike is stunning, tailored to my style, and top-notch in quality. I'm totally in love with it, and we're definitely planning to grab a couple more soon for my husband and son.

We opted to purchase some fresh cruiser bikes to display outside our real estate offices in Vail, Beaver Creek, and nearby areas - fantastic visibility for SSF Real Estate and a fun marketing strategy :) We also held contests and broker events where we gave a few away. Everyone was thrilled with them! The customer service was decent, though the delivery of the bikes took a little longer than expected. Overall, it’s a solid product. Assembling over 40 bikes was a bit of a task, but we had a blast with the end result!

I can hardly believe I’ve got my very own custom cruiser now. I spotted you on TV and thought, 'I need to have one of those.' Plus, I noticed a ton of Villy Cruisers on the bike path close to my place, but for some reason, I kept delaying my visit to the site to place my order.

But I finally took the plunge! First off, your website is fantastic—I whipped up my unique cruiser in just a few minutes. And my bike arrived super fast! Huge thanks to Villy Customs. You wouldn’t believe how proud I feel riding this 'smooth ride.'

I dropped a good chunk of change on a bike that just doesn't suit me. This really takes away from the enjoyment I get while riding. Being quite tall, I can't help but wonder if others face the same issue. Honestly, I reckon buying a bike without giving it a test ride is not the smartest move.

FANTASTIC BUSINESS - THERE'S A NEED FOR GRAPHIC DESIGN PROFESSIONALS WHO CAN CLEARLY UNDERSTAND AND COMMUNICATE THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR LOGOS THAT ARE SUBMITTED. OTHER THAN THAT, I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH MY BIKE! I’M THINKING ABOUT GETTING ANOTHER ONE MADE DOWN THE LINE THAT SHOWCASES MY HIGH SCHOOL LOGO AND COLORS.
